The exhibition “Augustus in Campania. From Octavian to Divo Augustus. 14-2014 AD “, organized by the Archaeological Superintendency of Naples, funded by the Region of Campania, and in collaboration with the Superintendence of Pompeii, Herculaneum and Stabiae, has been inaugurated at the National Archeological Museum in Naples on Dec. 19 2014 and will be open to the public until May 4, 2015.
The exhibition is a beautiful journey through the places where Augustus lived in the region Campania: Nola and its archaeological museum, the Archaeological Museum of Campi Flegrei in Baia, the Archaeological Park of Cuma, Pozzuoli, the Pausilypon, the ruins of Herculaneum and Pompeii, the Antiquarium of Boscoreale.
