SIRE has been a leader in the sectors of banqueting, catering and hotel catering since 1993 with its varied and high quality offer.
The company looks beyond national borders and for many years has been experimenting with new ideas in all sectors of premier banqueting service, from private ceremonies to institutional, sporting and corporate events. The experience and professionalism of its team has allowed SIRE to achieve great goals: for two consecutive years (2014 and 2015) winners at the King of Catering Bisol, the only competition on the national territory that crowns the companies dealing with catering and banqueting. The SIRE team is highly qualified, very attentive to new developments in terms of research and development.
Strengthened by its thirty years of experience, the group manages to always create new catering formats through ad hoc projects. Each new project is a new challenge for the group which is entrusted with the utmost attention to detail, logistics and creative ideas, both from the point of view of layout and proposal of refined menus and with extremely high quality.
The Sire group, which curated the largest restaurant area of the Italian Pavilion at Expo 2015, also launched the “Medeaterranea” food and wine academy in Naples at the exhibition and congress center Mostra d’Oltremare. It is a cooking school in which to organize team building in the kitchen, with chefs and trainers. Here a cooking school will welcome you with professional and amateur courses where you can organize activities for groups of up to 100 participants. The location consists of 15 workstations to follow the chef’s directions, a wood-burning oven to try your hand at real Neapolitan pizza and a pastry area.
SIRE is a regular partner of brand events such as Mercedes, Rolex, Mc Donald’s and SlowFood.
Eating well is the first step towards improving the quality of life; for this reason, the SIRE group is careful to ensure safety through healthy eating in compliance with the principles related to sustainable development and the lowest environmental impact. Through its Scientific Department SIRE observes new food trends without ever abandoning traditional and local flavours.
This has allowed the group to obtain important awards such as: ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 22000, certified organic catering.
