– located on the top floor of the futuristic Romeo hotel, boasts a stunning view of the Bay of Naples. Its kitchen is the clear evidence of a “sophisticated creativity”, refined in the presentation of dishes, that are clean and simple.
The chef Salvatore Bianco is able to bring in his dishes the flavors and the aromas of the Bay of Naples , blending them perfectly with ingredients and influences of other cultures and territories.

Palazzo Petrucci – 1 Michelin star
– was born in the heart of the historic center of Naples, in Piazza San Domenico Maggiore.
The main element is the fully visible kitchen, so desired by the chef Lino Scrallo, to give to the restaurant a touch of transparency, to transfer that sensation to the clients, in this way they could feel the commitment and the passion which prompt the Chef.
Only a few seats inside, where there were the stables of Palazzo Petrucci renovated in a minimalistic tone, with a five-course menu, and seasonal change based on the catch and the freshness of what the market offers. The Chef also inserts every day new dishes.
