The tour starts from Piazza Trieste e Trento , and after a welcome drink along the waterfront, you will head for the hill of Posillipo, reaching the famous restaurant Rosiello, facing Capri, where since the Varriale family run with passion their activity. You will leave the Vespas in the parking area and walk through the vineyards of the farm owned by the Varriale family, discovering one of the oldest vineyards and panoramic views of the city.
Salvatore Varriale , sommelier and winemaker , as well as the landlord, will explain the various grapes raised , recounting their history and characteristics. Accompanied by the AIS Sommeliers – Italian Sommelier Association – Naples , you will taste the different wines produced here : Piedirosso pure Doc , Falanghina and Rosé made from a blend of native grapes .
