The halls of the Royal Palace of Quisisana in Castellammare di Stabia host the exhibition “From darkness to light.”
They display artifacts from the country villas of ager stabianus and luxurious domus built on the hill of Varano, explored for the first time in the eighteenth century and finally brought to light only in 1950.In addition to everyday items and agricultural tools, you can admire frescoes and stucchi.
A special mention deserves the wagon made of metal and charred wood that was found in 1981 in the rural district of Villa Arianna, which has undergone an accurate restoration.
